A subway traction power supply system and method. The power supply system comprises a main transformer, the main transformer is connected with a public high-voltage power grid, and three-phase alternating current of the public high-voltage power grid is subjected to voltage reduction; an AC/DC converter is connected below the main transformer, the output end of the AC/DC converter is connected with the traction substation through a medium-voltage direct current power supply line, and a power supply is provided for the traction substation through medium-voltage direct current; the medium-voltage power supply line is connected with a plurality of traction substations, the traction substations are connected with the subway overhead line system through DC/DC converters, the medium-voltage direct-current power supply line is converted into direct-current voltage needed by the subway overhead line system, and the overhead line system supplies power to a locomotive. Medium-voltage direct-current power transmission is adopted for supplying power to the traction substation, ground capacitance current does not exist, loss is small, the fault is smaller than that of alternating-current power transmission, wires used for transmitting the same electric power are fewer than those used for alternating-current power transmission, and the power transmission cost is reduced; and the AC/DC converter and the DC/DC converter have a bidirectional conversion function, so that the regenerative braking energy of the train can be efficiently utilized, and the traction energy consumption is reduced.
一种地铁牵引供电系统及方法,供电系统包括主变压器,主变压器与公共高压电网连接,对公共高压电网三相交流电降压;在主变压器下面连接AC/DC变换器,AC/DC变换器的输出端和牵引变电站之间通过中压直流供电线路连接,通过中压直流给牵引变电站提供电源;中压供电线路上连接多个牵引变电站,牵引变电站与地铁接触网之间通过DC/DC变换器连接,将中压直流供电线路变换至地铁接触网所需直流电压,由接触网为机车供电。本发明采用中压直流输电为牵引变电站供电,不存在对地电容电流、损耗小、故障比交流输电小、输送相同的电功率比交流输电所用线材少,降低了输电成本;且AC/DC转换器和DC/DC变换器具有双向变换功能,能实现列车再生制动能量高效利用,降低牵引能耗。
