The invention discloses an infrared thermal imager for aircraft maintenance. The infrared thermal imager comprises a box body and a bearing plate, an extension mechanism is arranged on the bottom face of the box body, a box cover is hinged to the top face of the box body, a plurality of first springs are fixedly connected to the box cover, and the other ends of the first springs are fixedly connected with the inner left side wall of the box body; a plurality of first telescopic rods are fixedly arranged on the inner bottom surface of the box body, a threaded cylinder is rotationally connected to the inner bottom surface of the box body, a threaded rod is in threaded connection with the interior of the threaded cylinder, and a driving mechanism is arranged on the inner bottom surface of the box body; a top rod is fixedly arranged on the top surface of the bearing plate, and an infrared thermal imager main body is placed on the top surface of the bearing plate. When the infrared thermal imager is not used, the infrared thermal imager main body is retracted into the box body, and the box cover is closed, so that the infrared thermal imager main body is in a sealed environment, and the damage of dust and foreign matters to the infrared thermal imager main body is avoided.

    本发明公开了一种用于飞机检修的红外热成像仪,包括盒体和承板,所述盒体的底面上设置有伸长机构,所述盒体的顶面上铰接有盒盖,所述盒盖的上固定连接有多个第一弹簧,多个所述第一弹簧的另一端皆与盒体的内左侧壁固定连接;所述盒体的内底面上固设有多个第一伸缩杆,所述盒体的内底面上转动连接有螺纹筒,所述螺纹筒内螺纹连接有螺纹杆,所述盒体的内底面上设置有驱动机构;所述承板的顶面上固设有顶杆,所述承板的顶面上放置有红外热成像仪主体。本发明在不使用时,通过将红外热成像仪主体收回到盒体内,并将盒盖关闭,从而使红外热成像仪主体处于密封环境内,从而避免灰尘异物对红外热成像仪主体造成损害。
