The device comprises a sensing sensitive element, a weighing controller, an elevator main controller, an Internet of Things module and a car roof communication board, wherein the sensing sensitive element is used for obtaining a weight signal of a detected lift car, the weighing controller is used for receiving a weight signal obtained by the sensing sensitive element and analyzing and processing the weight signal to obtain weight signal data, the elevator main controller is used for receiving the weight signal data sent by the weighing controller by means of the car roof communication board, and the Internet of Things module is used for monitoring a load of the lift car in real time according to the weight signal data and sending a weighing debugging signal to the elevator main controller. The device has the advantages that weighing data self-learning operation can be conducted by means of an APP internet-of-things terminal or an internet-of-things remote management platform in the whole process, meanwhile, real-time weighing data of the lift car of each floor can be displayed on the terminal or a platform operation interface, debugging is convenient, and potential safety hazards caused by manual pit entering are avoided.

    本发明属于电梯控制技术领域,提供了一种基于物联网技术的电梯称重装置,包括:传感敏感元件、称重控制器、电梯主控制器、物联网模块和轿顶通讯板;传感敏感元件用于获取被测轿厢的重量信号,称重控制器用于接收所述传感敏感元件获取的重量信号并进行分析处理得到重量信号数据,电梯主控制器用于接收由所述称重控制器通过轿顶通讯板发送的重量信号数据,物联网模块用于根据重量信号数据实时监测轿厢的载荷并向所述电梯主控制器发送称重调试信号。本发明的优点在于全程可通过APP物联终端或物联网远程管理平台进行称重数据自学习操作,同时还会在终端或者平台操作界面上显示各楼层轿厢实时称重数据,方便调试,解决人为下底坑存在安全隐患。
