An upper seat frame and a lower seat frame are fixedly mounted on an end vehicle body of a railway vehicle head vehicle through bolts; the upper part of the secondary flow guide cover is connected with the upper seat frame through an upper rotating arm; the lower part of the secondary flow guide cover is in interference assembly connection with a driving shaft mounted on the lower seat frame through a lower rotating arm; the driving shaft is connected with the output end of a pneumatic motor fixedly arranged on the lower seat frame; and the lower end of the first-stage flow guide cover is connected with the second-stage flow guide cover and a pneumatic motor arranged on the second-stage flow guide cover through a connecting rod mechanism. According to the special fairing, the problems that in the prior art, due to the fact that a gap of a flow guide cover is too large, irregular airflow is generated, turbulent flow is serious, aerodynamic performance is affected, and the vehicle speed cannot be increased are solved; meanwhile, the car coupler and an electric appliance device are damaged by splashed broken stones and sundries; and the connection of the electrical device is influenced by rain and snow.
本发明重联动车组专用导流罩,涉及轨道车辆技术领域,尤其涉及高速轨道车辆导流罩结构。本发明上座架和下座架通过螺栓固定安装在轨道车辆头车的端部车体上;二级导流罩的上部通过上转臂与上座架相连接;二级导流罩的下部通过下转臂与装于下座架上的驱动轴过盈装配连接;驱动轴与固定装于下座架的气动马达输出端相连接;一级导流罩的下端通过连杆机构与二级导流罩及装于二级导流罩上的气动马达相连接。本发明的技术方案解决了现有技术中的由于导流罩间隙过大,产生不规则气流、湍流严重,影响空气动力学性能,造成车速提升不上去;同时,飞溅的碎石和杂物对车钩及电器装置造成损坏;雨雪对电气装置的连接产生影响等问题。
