An exhaust pipe type electric vehicle flame-proof battery pack comprises an exhaust pipe and a battery pack, and is characterized in that the battery pack is mounted in the exhaust pipe hoisted below an automobile chassis. The battery pack is divided into a plurality of tubular battery packs, and each battery pack is packaged in a high-temperature-resistant metal tube. One port of the metal pipe is blocked, and the other port is opened to serve as a tail nozzle for discharging flames. The exhaust pipe is formed by bending a pipe, a battery pack is installed in the exhaust pipe, and pipe openings in the two ends face the rear portion of a vehicle body and become tail nozzles. When the battery burns, flame is discharged from the tail nozzle to prevent ignition of a vehicle body. The battery pack is divided into a plurality of small battery packs and is low in combustion energy. The exhaust pipe is hung below the chassis through an aluminum alloy fastener and can only tolerate the temperature below 700 DEG C. When the battery burns and the generated high temperature exceeds 700 DEG C, the fastener is fused, the exhaust pipe swings backwards, and a safety gap is formed between the exhaust pipe and the ground.

    一种排气管式电动汽车防燃电池组,包括排气管、电池组,其特征在于,汽车底盘下吊装的排气管内安装电池组。将电池组分成若干条管状,每个电池组包装在耐高温的金属管中。金属管一端口封堵,另一端口开口,作为尾喷口,用以排火焰。将排气管由管材弯管制成,内安装电池组,两端管口均朝向车身后,成为尾喷口。当电池燃烧时火焰由尾喷口排出,防止引燃车身。电池组被分割为若干个小电池组,电池组燃烧能量低。排气管由铝合金紧固件吊装在底盘下,只耐受700度以下,当电池燃烧时,产生的高温超过700度时,紧固件熔断,排气管向后摆移,与地面有安全间隙。
