The invention discloses an anti-collision system for a tower crane. The anti-collision system comprises a mounting flat plate, a laser distance detector, a mounting side plate, a clamping plate, a motor and a rotating disc, wherein the top end of the rotating disc is fixedly connected with the bottom end of an output shaft of the motor, and the top of the laser distance detector is fixedly connected with the bottom end of the rotating disc; and a laser head of the laser distance detector faces the side face and can monitor the distance between the tower crane and an obstacle in real time. The anti-collision system solves the problem that a distance monitoring and collision warning structure is not arranged on the tower crane, and the safety of operating the tower crane only depends on observation of an operator, so that safety accidents are likely to happen.

    本发明公开了一种吊塔防撞系统,包括:安装平板;激光距离检测器、安装侧板、夹紧板、电机、转动盘,转动盘的顶端与电机的输出轴的底端固定连接,激光距离检测器的顶部与转动盘的底端固定连接,激光距离检测器的激光头朝向侧面,能够实时的进行监控吊塔与障碍物之间距离。以解决塔吊上没有设置距离监测预警碰撞结构,操作塔吊的安全性仅依靠操作者的观察,容易发生安全事故的问题。
