The invention relates to the technical field of elevators, in particular to an elevator guide rail and an elevator guide mechanism with the elevator guide rail. The elevator guide rail is provided with two opposite side faces and a bottom face connected with the two side faces. A cavity is formed in the elevator guide rail. The bottom face sinks inwards towards the cavity to form a supporting part, and the supporting part abuts against the side faces. By arranging the supporting part, the stress strength of the side faces is improved, then the deformation resistance of the elevator guide rail is improved, the forming mode of the supporting part is simple, the structure of the elevator guide rail is better simplified, machining steps are better simplified, and the cost is greatly reduced. The elevator guide mechanism further comprises a first connecting piece and a second connecting piece which are manufactured in a split mode with the elevator guide rail, and the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece are matched for positioning and are connected with the adjacent guide rail units, so that the positioning accuracy during assembly of the guide rail units is improved; and the split manufacturing is beneficial to simplifying the structure of the elevator guide rail, so that the structural design difficulty and the structural cost are reduced.

    本发明涉及电梯技术领域,特别是涉及一种电梯导轨以及具有该电梯导轨的电梯导向机构,其中电梯导轨具有两个相背设置的侧面以及连接两个侧面的底面;电梯导轨内具有空腔;底面朝向空腔内陷形成支撑部,支撑部抵持于侧面。通过设置支撑部,提高侧面的受力强度,进而提高电梯导轨的抗变形能力,并且本发明中支撑部成型方式简单,有利于简化电梯导轨的结构以及简化加工步骤,大幅度的降低成本。本发明提供的电梯导向机构还包括与电梯导轨分体制作的第一连接件和第二连接件,通过第一连接件和第二连接件配合定位以及连接两相邻的导轨单元,以提高导轨单元装配时的定位准确度;且分体制作有利于简化电梯导轨的结构,从而降低结构设计难度以及结构成本。
