The invention discloses an automobile battery fixing support with a buffering function and a buffering method thereof.The automobile battery fixing support comprises a fixing assembly and a reaction assembly which are connected together through an assembling frame, a plurality of supporting springs are arranged on the bottom face of the assembling frame, a bearing plate is fixedly installed above the supporting springs, and a battery block is placed on the bearing plate; and a plurality of magnetic blocks are arranged on the outer side of the battery block, a plurality of electromagnetic valves are symmetrically arranged on the inner side face of the assembly frame, and the reaction assembly is integrally arranged at the right end of the assembly frame. The reaction assembly comprises a left-right inertia testing mechanism and a front-back inertia testing mechanism which are arranged in a protective shell, and the left-right inertia testing mechanism and the front-back inertia testing mechanism are respectively connected with the electromagnetic valve. The left-right inertia testing mechanism and the front-back inertia testing mechanism are arranged in the protective shell, so that the motion state of an automobile can be detected in time, the power-on state of a plurality of electromagnetic valves on each side face can be adjusted, rigid collision force generated between the battery block and the assembly frame is prevented, and the effect of protecting the battery shell is achieved.

    本发明公开了一种具有缓冲作用的汽车电池固定支架及其缓冲方法,包括:通过装配框架连接在一起的固定组件和反应组件,装配框架底面设置若干支撑弹簧,若干支撑弹簧上方固定安装承载板,承载板上放置电池块,电池块外侧面设置若干磁性块,装配框架内侧面对称设置若干电磁阀,装配框架右端一体设置反应组件。反应组件包括:设置在保护壳体内的左右惯性测试机构和前后惯性测试机构,左右惯性测试机构和前后惯性测试机构分别连接电磁阀。通过在保护壳体内设置的左右惯性测试机构和所述前后惯性测试机构,能够及时检测汽车的运动状态,调整各个侧面的多个电磁阀通电状态,防止电池块与装配框架之间产生刚性碰撞力,起到保护电池外壳的作用。
