And heat and gas generated in the battery module are discharged out of the accommodating space through the pressure relief area without invading the conductive area. According to the power battery, the pressure relief direction of the battery is turned over, high-voltage connection and separation of the pressure relief channel are achieved, a thermal isolation measure is added in module design, the influence of heat generated by the battery which is out of control accidentally on adjacent batteries is reduced, the heat spreading condition is avoided, meanwhile, the special pressure relief channel is arranged in the battery system, and the service life of the battery system is prolonged. At the same time, special pressure relief channels are set up in the battery system. Heat damage gases and substances generated by out-of-control of the battery are smoothly discharged, damage to a high-voltage system loop is avoided, and the situation of short circuit in a system and a module is prevented.
本发明揭示了一种动力电池,包括设置在封闭的容纳空间内的电池模组阵列,电池模组阵列中的电池模组的导电区和泄压区设置在不同的方向,并且导电区和泄压区之间互相隔离,电池模组内产生的热量及气体通过泄压区排出容纳空间而不会侵入导电区。本发明的动力电池将电池的泄压方向进行翻转,实现高压连接和泄压通道的分离,并在模组设计中增加热隔离措施,减少偶发失控电池产生的热量对于相邻电池的影响,避免热蔓延情况的发生,同时,在电池系统中设置专门的泄压通道,顺利泄放电池失控产生的热害气体与物质,避免了高压系统回路的伤害,阻止系统和模组内部短路情况的发生。
