The invention discloses a high-back-pressure filling method which is used for filling a gap between a track and a structural bearing beam. The method comprises the following steps: processing a runner on the track; communicating a filling connector with a plunger pump through a pipeline; and using the filling connector for filling the gap through the runner. With the adoption of the technical scheme, the runner is pre-processed on the track, so that the flow of epoxy resin can be improved and enhanced, and the filling efficiency can be improved; epoxy resin is pushed into the runner through pressurization of the plunger pump, the plunger pump is driven by the motor as power, the maximum back pressure of 20 MPa can be generated, one-time filling construction and continuous construction can be rapidly completed within limited time, and the filling efficiency is high; and the plunger pump is convenient to clean and low in cost, and once the pump body is blocked by resin, the cost for replacing the pump body is low.

    本发明公开了一种高背压填充方法,用于填充轨道与结构承载梁之间的间隙,所述方法包括:在所述轨道上加工出流道;将填充接头与柱塞泵通过管道连通;所述填充接头通过所述流道对所述间隙进行填充。采用上述技术方案,在轨道上预先加工出流道,可以改善和加强环氧树脂的流动,有助于提高填充效率;环氧树脂通过使用柱塞泵加压推动到流道中,以电机为动力驱动柱塞泵,最大可产生20MPa的背压,在有限的时间内可以快速完成一次填充施工和连续施工,填充效率高;柱塞泵清洗方便及成本较低,一旦发生树脂堵塞泵体,更换泵体的成本较低。
