The invention provides a steel wire rope winding system. The steel wire rope winding system comprises a bottom frame, a side frame, a center shaft, pulley bodies, a bearing set, holding sleeve plates, abutting sleeves, positioning blocks and locking assemblies. Passing holes which allow the center shaft to pass through are formed in the side frame, two positioning holes are formed in the center shaft, and the two positioning blocks are correspondingly inserted into the positioning holes and are connected with the side frame in a positioning mode through bolts. A notch is formed in the side wall of the center shaft in the axial direction, the bearing set sleeves the center shaft, a guide block which conducts guiding along the notch is fixed to the inner side of the bearing set, the pulley bodies sleeve the bearing set, and two holding sleeve plates are further fixed on the two corresponding sides of the pulley bodies through the locking assemblies. The two sides of an inner ring of each bearing set abut against the corresponding abutting sleeves, the holding sleeve plates sleeve the abutting sleeves, and a holding protruding block is arranged on the inner side of each holding sleeve plate. According to the steel wire rope winding system, the stability of a guide steel wire rope of an arm support pulley block can be guaranteed, disassembly, assembly and maintenance are relatively convenient, and the purpose that one arm support pulley block selectively adapts to guide of multiple steel wire ropes can also be achieved.
本发明提供一种钢丝绳缠绕系统,包括底架、侧架、中心轴、滑轮本体、轴承组、抱紧套板、抵接套、定位块和锁定组件;侧架上开设有供中心轴穿过的穿孔,且中心轴上开设有两组定位孔,两组定位块对应插设在定位孔中,且通过螺栓与侧架定位连接;中心轴侧壁上沿轴向开设有一槽口,轴承组套设在中心轴外,且其内侧固定有沿槽口导向的导块,滑轮本体套设在轴承组外,且滑轮本体的两侧还通过锁定组件固定有两组抱紧套板;轴承组的内圈两侧抵接有抵接套,抱紧套板套设在抵接套外,且其内侧设有一抱紧凸块,本发明不仅能够保证臂架滑轮组导向钢丝绳的稳定性,而且拆装维护亦较为方便,同时亦能实现一个臂架滑轮组选择适应多组钢丝绳导向。
