The lifting appliance for the nuclear power station comprises a connecting base and a lifting hook assembly, the connecting base comprises a base body and at least two lifting lugs connected to the base body, and the base body is used for being detachably connected with an object; the lifting lugs are annularly arranged at equal intervals in an array mode, and the circle center of a circle defined by the lifting lugs is located on a reference straight line. The lifting hook assembly comprises at least two lifting hooks movably connected to lifting equipment and a driving structure installed on the lifting equipment, the lifting hooks move relative to the lifting equipment to be switched between a hooking state and an unhooking state, and the driving structure can drive the lifting hooks to move from the hooking state to the unhooking state. According to the lifting appliance and the lifting system, the lifting equipment can be continuously used for other lifting operations without waiting for the disconnection between the lifting appliance for the nuclear power station and the object, so that utilization rate of the lifting equipment is improved.
