The invention discloses a power battery voltage-reduction circuit comprising a first resistor, a second resistor, a first filtering unit, a second filtering unit, a voltage-regulator tube, a controllable switch tube and an LDO chip, wherein the first end of the first resistor and the first end of the second resistor are connected with the voltage output end of a power battery; the second end of the first resistor is connected with the first end of the first filtering unit and the first end of the controllable switch tube; the second end of the second resistor is connected with the control end of the controllable switch tube and a cathode of the voltage-regulator tube; the second end of the controllable switch tube is connected with the first end of the second filtering unit and the voltage input end of the LDO chip; and an anode of the voltage-regulator tube, the second end of the first filtering unit, the second end of the second filtering unit and the grounding end of the LDO chip are all grounded. According to the power battery voltage-reduction circuit, the voltage-reduction effect of the DCDC chip is realized through the circuit elements with relatively low cost, and meanwhile, the power consumption is relatively low and the power battery voltage-reduction circuit is relatively economical. The invention also correspondingly discloses a power supply system.
