The invention provides a traffic road lane-level traffic flow counting system. The system comprises a remote data obtaining module which obtains image data from a plurality of video sources, and pushes the image data into a corresponding global image data queue, a vehicle detection module which is used for detecting and identifying vehicles and vehicle types in each frame of image in the global image data queue, a vehicle tracking module which is used for carrying out vehicle multi-target tracking according to the detection identification data of the vehicle detection module, and a traffic flow counting module which is used for performing trajectory analysis based on the tracking data of each vehicle and counting the traffic flow at the current moment. The invention further provides a traffic road lane-level traffic flow counting method, equipment and a medium. According to the invention, through traffic road camera data, a deep learning target detection and tracking method is used, automatic traffic flow statistics is realized, the statistical granularity is improved, deployment is simple, and the cost is low.
