The invention discloses a road anti-intrusion early warning method based on a millimeter wave radar. The method comprises the following steps: obtaining road vehicle data collected by the millimeter wave radar; according to a set value, judging whether the point target data in the length direction is a short-distance value or a long-distance value; if the distance value is the short distance value, counting short distance points; if the value is a long-distance value, performing long-distance point counting; when the near/long-distance point counting meets the near/long-distance point counting judgment condition, counting the near/long-distance data packets; and when the near/long-distance data packet meets the near/long-distance data packet counting judgment condition, triggering near/long-distance alarm. The method provided by the invention can accurately judge whether there is a vehicle intruding into the set lane and whether there is a false alarm when the vehicle passes through the lateral lane, is simple and convenient, is high in processing speed, can be well applied to a single-chip microcomputer, and effectively solves the problems of missed alarm and false alarm.
