The embodiment of the invention provides a pressure transmitter, an irregular workpiece machining system and an automobile brake pedal, the pressure transmitter comprises a controller, a communication unit and at least four pressure detection units, and the pressure detection units are distributed at different positions of a platform, and is used for collecting pressure signals generated by irregular objects placed on the surface of the platform at corresponding positions; the controller is used for obtaining pressure values according to the pressure signals and comparing each pressure value with a pre-stored local pressure reference value of the corresponding position; and the communication unit is used for reporting each pressure value and a signal indicating that the placement position of the irregular object is incorrect to an upper computer when the difference value between at least one pressure value and the local pressure reference value is out of a preset deviation range. The pressure transmitter can effectively solve the problem that in the prior art, the placement position is misjudged due to the fact that human eyes are used for observation, and is convenient, rapid, low in cost and high in practicability.

    本申请实施例提供一种压力变送器、不规则工件加工系统和汽车刹车踏板,该压力变送器包括控制器、通信单元和至少四个压力检测单元,各个压力检测单元分布在平台的不同位置,用于采集放置在平台表面的不规则对象在对应位置产生的压力信号;控制器用于根据压力信号得到压力值,并将每个压力值与预先存储的对应位置的局部压力参考值比较;通信单元用于在至少一个压力值与局部压力参考值的差值在预设偏差范围外时,将各个压力值及所述不规则对象的摆放位置不正确的信号上报到上位机。该压力变送器可以有效地解决现有技术中利用人眼观察而存在摆放位置误判的问题,方便快速,成本低,具有较强的实用性。
