The invention discloses a control method for automatically adjusting air supply volume and reducing energy consumption of an elevator air conditioner. According to the method, a driving motor comprises a contactor, the contactor is used for adjusting power gears of the driving motor, an electric control board comprises a temperature sensing contact and a temperature sensor, the temperature sensing contact extends into an elevator car, and the method specifically comprises the following steps of A, scheme inputting; B, temperature sensing; and C, electric control adjusting. A novel control method is applied to functional design of the electric control board and proper air volume design of a low-speed gear of the motor, the proper air volume means that the air volume with small temperature change is maintained according to the air speed and the cooling capacity required for keeping the temperature in the elevator car for a long time, when the temperature reaches a set value, the motor still runs all the time, but the motor running with large air volume can enable the temperature in the elevator car to rise rapidly, so that a compressor starts to work as soon as the temperature rises in a short time, and the energy consumption is large due to continuous and frequent starting.

    本发明公开了一种电梯空调自动调节送风风量的降低能耗的控制方法,驱动电机包含有接触器,用于调节驱动电机的功率挡位,电控板包含有温度感应触头和温度传感器,其温度感应触头伸入至电梯轿厢内部,具体方法如下所示:A.方案输入;B.温度感应;C.电控调节。本发明通过一种新的控制方法实用在电控板的功能设计,以及电机低速挡合适的风量设计,所合适风量使指在保持轿厢里的温度在较长时间内所需的风速和冷量来维持温度变化较小的风量,因为在温度达到了设定值,电机还是在一直运行的,但是大风量运行的电机会使轿厢内的温度迅速升高,这会短时间内温度一升高压缩机开始工作,这样持续循环频繁的启动工作,能耗比较大。
