The invention discloses a flange seat, a manufacturing method of the flange seat and a hoisting machine. The flange seat comprises a bottom plate and two lug plate assemblies, the two lug plate assemblies are arranged on the bottom plate and are arranged in a spaced mode in the X direction, the bottom of each lug plate assembly is divided into N notch parts and N+1 socket parts in the length direction of the lug plate assembly, and N is larger than or equal to 1. The bottom faces of the notch parts are concaved upwards to form notches penetrating through the two wall faces of lug plates in the thickness direction, through grooves matched with the socket parts of the lug plate assemblies are formed in the bottom plate, and the socket parts are clamped in corresponding through grooves and connected with the bottom plate in a full welding mode. Thus, slotted holes and the notches which are mutually embedded are formed in the bottom plate and the lug plates, and positioning is formed during point mounting, so that most of stress of the flange seat is transmitted by the contact part of the bottom plate and the lug plates, the requirement on a welding seam is relatively reduced, the welding deformation is reduced, and the working labor intensity is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种法兰座及其制造方法、起重机械,法兰座包括底板和两个耳板组件,两个耳板组件设于底板上且沿X方向间隔设置,耳板组件底部沿其长度方向分为N个槽口部和N+1个承插部,N≥1,所述槽口部的底面向上凹陷形成贯穿耳板厚度方向两个壁面的槽口,底板上开设有与耳板组件的承插部配合的通槽,所述承插部卡设于对应的通槽中并与底板满焊相连。由此,通过在底板与耳板上加工出相互嵌入安装的槽孔与槽口,点装时形成定位,从而使法兰座受力大部分由底板与耳板的自身接触部位传递,对焊缝要求相对降低,减少了焊接变形与降低了工作劳动强度。
