The invention discloses a double-beam heavy-load type multifunctional intelligent building construction platform and a working method thereof. The double-beam heavy-load type multifunctional intelligent building construction platform comprises a main body frame, guide rails and a cross beam mechanism; the guide rails are arranged at top ends of two opposite sides of the main body frame and connected with the cross beam mechanism, such that the cross beam mechanism horizontally moves; and the cross beam mechanism comprises double-cross beams, a cross beam guide rail and a sliding block, two ends of the double-cross beams are arranged on the guide rails, the cross beam guide rail is arranged between the double-cross beams, and a mechanical arm with a tool box is connected to the cross beam guide rail through the sliding block such that the mechanical arm can horizontally move along the cross beam guide rail. The guide rails are arranged on the main body frame, such that the cross beam mechanism can move along the guide rails; and the cross beam mechanism adopts the double cross beams, the cross beam guide rail is arranged between the double cross beams, the mechanical arm is inversely arranged on the cross beam guide rail through the movable sliding block, different tools are arranged on the mechanical arm, such that automatic operation of different building technologies is achieved, load bearing is increased, construction difficulty is reduced, and construction efficiency is improved.

    本发明公开一种双梁重载式多功能智能建筑建造平台及工作方法,包括:主体框架、导轨和横梁机构;在主体框架相对两侧的顶端设置导轨,导轨上连接横梁机构,以使横梁机构水平移动;横梁机构包括双横梁、横梁导轨和滑块,双横梁的两端设置在导轨上,在双横梁间设有横梁导轨,在横梁导轨上通过滑块连接带有工装箱的机械臂,以使机械臂沿横梁导轨水平移动。通过在主体框架上安装导轨,可使横梁机构沿导轨移动;横梁机构采用双横梁,且双横梁间设有横梁导轨,在横梁导轨通过可移动的滑块倒装机械臂,在机械臂上安装不同工装,实现不同建筑工艺的自动化操作,增大负重承载,降低施工难度,提高施工效率。
