The invention provides carrying equipment and a carrying method for feeding and discharging raw glass into and out of a container. The carrying equipment comprises a rotary telescopic device, a lifting device and a sliding trolley. The rotary telescopic device comprises a rotating mechanism and a telescopic arm, the rotating mechanism is connected with the telescopic arm and can drive the telescopic arm to rotate, the telescopic arm is provided with a telescopic end capable of moving linearly, and the telescopic end can stretch into a container to be operated. The lifting device is fixed to the telescopic end, and the lifting device is detachably connected with a glass box to be carried. The sliding trolley is cushioned at the bottom of the glass box. According to the carrying equipment for feeding and discharging raw glass into and out of the container, the rotary telescopic device, the lifting device and the sliding trolley work cooperatively in the working process, the working difficulty is low, the glass box can enter and exit the container safely and efficiently, the container loading rate can be increased, and meanwhile, the operation danger coefficient is reduced, and the labor intensity of operators is reduced.
本申请提供了一种原片玻璃进出货柜的搬运设备及搬运方法,包括旋转伸缩装置、起吊装置及滑动小车。所述旋转伸缩装置包括旋转机构及伸缩臂,所述旋转机构与所述伸缩臂连接,并可带动所述伸缩臂转动,所述伸缩臂具有可直线运动的伸缩端,所述伸缩端可伸入待作业的货柜内。所述起吊装置固定于所述伸缩端上,且所述起吊装置与待搬运的玻璃箱可拆卸连接。所述滑动小车垫设于所述玻璃箱的底部。本申请中的原片玻璃进出货柜的搬运设备,工作过程是将旋转伸缩装置、起吊装置与滑动小车协同作业,作业难度比较低,能够使玻璃箱安全、高效地进出货柜,不仅可以提高货柜装载率,同时又减少作业危险系数及降低作业员劳动强度的作用。
