The invention provides a hoisting device used for a maintenance equipment platform of an offshore wind turbine, and belongs to the technical field of offshore mechanical equipment. The hoisting device comprises a supporting frame, at least two hoisting arms and at least two stay rope assemblies; the bottom of the supporting frame is used for being detachably connected with the inner wall of a wind turbine cabin, and the direction from the bottom to the top of the supporting frame is vertically upward; the hoisting arms are located at the top of the supporting frame, a first end of each hoisting arm is rotatably connected with the supporting frame, a second end of each hoisting arm is used for hoisting maintenance equipment, and the axis of a rotating shaft of each hoisting arm is in the vertical direction; and the stay rope assemblies are located at the top of the supporting frame, correspond to the hoisting arms one to one, are connected with the supporting frame and the corresponding hoisting arms respectively, and are used for pulling the corresponding hoisting arms to rotate so that the second ends of the hoisting arms can stretch out of the outer wall of the wind turbine cabin. By means of the hoisting device, the cost needed for regular maintenance of blades and a gear box in the offshore wind turbine can be reduced.
本公开提供了一种用于海上风机的维护设备平台的吊装装置,属于海洋机械设备技术领域。吊装装置包括支撑架、至少两个吊臂和至少两个拉索组件;支撑架的底部用于与风机机舱的内壁可拆卸相连,支撑架的底部到顶部的方向为竖直向上;吊臂位于支撑架的顶部,且各吊臂的第一端可转动地连接在支撑架上,各吊臂的第二端用于吊装维护设备,各吊臂的转轴的轴向沿竖直方向;拉索组件位于支撑架的顶部,拉索组件与吊臂一一对应,拉索组件分别与支撑架和对应的吊臂相连,拉索组件用于拉动对应的吊臂转动,以使得吊臂的第二端伸出风机机舱的外壁。本公开通过吊装装置,可以降低对海上风力发电机中的叶片及齿轮箱进行定期维护所需要的成本。
