The invention discloses a novel hydraulic self-locking anti-climbing device. The novel hydraulic self-locking anti-climbing device comprises a connecting support and supporting side plates, wherein a hydraulic cylinder is arranged between the two supporting side plates, a hydraulic power unit used for driving the hydraulic cylinder is installed on one side of one supporting side plate, the bottom end of the hydraulic cylinder is rotationally connected with a first rotating shaft, a piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder extends upwards, the end of the piston rod is rotationally connected with a pull rod lifting shaft, the pull rod lifting shaft is hinged to the top end of an iron wedge connecting rod through a lever assembly, the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder drives an anti-slip wedge block to be lifted through the lever assembly, and a center valve block of the hydraulic power unit is used for maintaining pressure for the hydraulic cylinder in a power-off state of a motor, a spring limiting assembly used for controlling starting and stopping of the motor and placing the anti-slip wedge block below the wheel tread is arranged between the pull rod lifting shaft and the first rotating shaft. The novel hydraulic self-locking anti-climbing device can solve the problems that the oil temperature rises, a sealing piece is prone to being damaged and the iron wedge is prone to being treaded by wheels due to the fact that an electric hydraulic thruster in an existing wind-proof iron wedge brake continuously works all the time.

    本发明公开了一种新型液压自锁防爬装置,包括连接支座、支撑侧板,两个支撑侧板之间设置液压缸,其中一个支撑侧板的一侧安装有用于驱动液压缸的液压动力单元,液压缸底端转动连接第一转轴,液压缸活塞杆向上伸出且活塞杆端部转动连接有拉杆提升轴,拉杆提升轴通过杠杆组件与铁楔连杆的顶端铰接,液压缸的活塞杆通过杠杆组件带动防溜楔块提起,液压动力单元的中心阀块用于在电机断电状态下为液压缸保压,拉杆提升轴和第一转轴之间设置有用于控制电机启闭和用于将防溜楔块放置到轮踏面下的弹簧限位组件。本发明能够避免现有防风铁楔制动器中电力液压推动器一直持续工作导致的油温升高、密封件易损坏以及提升动力小铁楔易被车轮踏死的问题。
