The invention relates to the technical field of house building auxiliary devices, and discloses a house building prefabricated part transfer device. The house building prefabricated part transfer device comprises a frame, and further comprises a buffer mechanism and stabilizing mechanisms, wherein the buffer mechanism is mounted on the side, in contact with the ground, of the frame, and is used for realizing buffer placement of the frame on the ground; the buffer mechanism comprises a rotating assembly capable of swinging at a certain angle along the middle of a bottom plate, and a guide assembly capable of horizontally moving along the interior of the bottom plate; the guide assembly is used for limiting the rotating angle of the rotating assembly; the stabilizing mechanisms are mounted on the side, in contact with the ground, of the frame, are symmetrically arranged, and are used for realizing stable placement of the frame on the ground; and each stabilizing mechanism comprises a negative pressure assembly for generating a negative pressure adsorption effect, and a traction assembly for relieving the negative pressure state of the negative pressure assembly. According to the house building prefabricated part transfer device, buffer placement of the frame on the ground is realized; and meanwhile, under the action of the stabilizing mechanisms, the stability of the whole transfer device in the process of stacking prefabricated parts is ensured, and meanwhile, effective lifting during transfer transportation is also ensured.

    本发明涉及房建辅助装置技术领域,公开了一种房建预制构件中转装置,包括框架,还包括:安装在框架与地面接触一侧的缓冲机构,用于实现框架与地面缓冲放置,缓冲机构包括可沿着底板中部进行一定角度摆动的转动组件以及可沿着底板内部水平移动的导向组件,所述导向组件用于限制转动组件的转动角度;安装在框架与地面接触一侧且对称设置的稳定机构,用于实现框架与地面稳定放置,所述稳定机构包括用于产生负压吸附作用的负压组件以及用于解除负压组件负压状态的牵引组件。本发明,实现了框架与地面的缓冲放置,同时在稳定机构的作用下,既确保了整个中转装置的在堆放预制件过程中的稳定性同时也确保了中转运输时的有效抬升。
