The invention provides a CubeSat solar panel unlocking and unfolding structure which can save space, reduce mechanism complexity and achieve the purpose of autonomous unfolding of CubeSat solar wings and comprises a main support and two solar wing panel assemblies symmetrically installed at the ends of the two sides of the main support. The two solar wing sailboard assemblies are rotationally connected to the main support through elastic unfolding hinges respectively, and after the solar wing sailboard assemblies are folded, an unlocking mechanism is installed on the main support. The unlocking mechanism comprises a hot knife installation support fixedly installed on the main support and a hot knife blade installed on the hot knife installation support and further comprises pre-tightening ropes, the ends of the pre-tightening ropes are connected with the movable ends of the two solar wing sailboard assemblies respectively, and the other ends of the two pre-tightening ropes are connected to the hot knife installation support. The two pre-tightening ropes are located on the hot blade and can be burnt out after being heated by the hot blade, and after the pre-tightening ropes are burnt out, the two solar wing sailboard assemblies are unfolded through elastic potential energy of the unfolding hinge.
