The invention discloses a single-planet-row electric driving system based on synchronizer gear shifting. A planet row comprises a sun gear, a planet gear, a planet carrier and a planet row gear ring, wherein the sun gear is connected with an output shaft of a driving motor; a low-speed baffle plate is fixedly arranged in a shell of an electric driving system; a synchronizer comprises a sliding sleeve, a low-speed gear cone hub and a direct gear cone hub; the sliding sleeve is connected with the planet row gear ring, the low-speed gear cone hub is connected with the low-speed gear partition plate, the direct gear cone hub is connected with the planet carrier, and the sliding sleeve is selectively connected with the low-speed gear cone hub or the direct gear cone hub; one end of the transmission output shaft is fixedly connected with the planet carrier; the differential mechanism is connected with the other end of the transmission output shaft and transmits power to a left half shaft and a right half shaft of the vehicle. The invention further discloses a control method of the single-planet-row electric driving system based on synchronizer gear shifting, power switching of the electric driving system is achieved by controlling displacement of the sliding sleeve of the synchronizer, synchronizer actions are accurately and efficiently executed, and the synchronizer action time is shortened.

    本发明公开了一种基于同步器换挡的单行星排电驱动系统,包括:行星排包括太阳轮、行星轮、行星架和行星排齿圈,太阳轮与驱动电机的输出轴连接;低速挡隔板固定设置在电驱动系统的壳体内;同步器包括滑套、低速挡锥毂和直接挡锥毂,滑套与行星排齿圈连接,低速挡锥毂与低速挡隔板连接,直接挡锥毂与行星架连接,滑套可选择性的连接低速挡锥毂或直接挡锥毂;变速器输出轴的一端与行星架固定连接;差速器与变速器输出轴的另一端相连接,并将动力传输至车辆的左半轴和右半轴。本发明还公开了一种基于同步器换挡的单行星排电驱动系统的控制方法,通过对同步器滑套位移的控制实现电驱动系统的动力切换,准确高效地执行同步器动作,缩短同步器动作时间。
