The invention discloses an airport ferry vehicle turning posture adjusting method based on an air suspension, which comprises the following steps of: identifying a front road traffic sign, measuring the height of an air spring, measuring the roll angle of a ferry vehicle, judging a steering mode by an air suspension control unit, calculating a theoretical comfortable dip angle of a passenger, and controlling the opening degree of an electric proportional valve; the height of the air spring is adjusted, and the change of the roll angle of the ferry vehicle is compensated in the reverse direction. Compared with the prior art, the problem that passengers cannot stand stably in the turning process of the airport ferry vehicle is solved, the passengers feel comfortable in the turning process of the ferry vehicle, and the phenomenon that a trunk drifts is eliminated.
本发明公开一种基于空气悬架的机场摆渡车转弯姿态调整方法,通过识别前方道路交通标识,测量空气弹簧高度,测量摆渡车侧倾角,空气悬架控制单元通过判断转向模式,计算乘客理论舒适倾角,控制电气比例阀的开度,进而调整空气弹簧的高度,反方向补偿所述摆渡车侧倾角的变化。与现有技术相比,本发明解决了机场摆渡车在转弯过程中乘客站立不稳的问题,使乘客在摆渡车转弯过程中有舒适感,并消除了行李箱“飘移”的现象。
