The invention discloses a lower swing arm of an automobile rear auxiliary frame, and relates to the technical field of automobile parts. The lower swing arm comprises a left arm plate and a right arm plate, the left arm plate and the right arm plate are in bilateral symmetry and are connected into a whole, the upper parts of the left arm plate and the right arm plate are provided with outer folding edges which are connected into a whole, and the lower parts of the left arm plate and the right arm plate are provided with inner folding edges which are connected into a whole. The outer side of the left arm plate and the outer side of the right arm plate are each provided with an inwards-concave cambered surface, a pair of protrusions are symmetrically arranged in each inwards-concave cambered surface, and a first mounting hole is formed in the lower portion of the middle of each two protrusions. The first mounting hole is formed in the middle and lower position of each two protrusions, so that the first mounting holes are not centered, the gasket is welded to each first mounting hole, under the condition of the same material and material thickness, the stress of the first mounting holes is improved, meanwhile, the pre-tightening force of bolts is increased, torque loss is avoided, and the performance of the rear auxiliary frame is greatly improved.

    本发明公开了一种汽车后副车架下摆臂,涉及汽车零件的技术领域,包括左臂板和右臂板,所述左臂板和右臂板左右对称并连为一体,所述左臂板和右臂板的上部设有连为一体的外折边,所述左臂板和右臂板的下部设有连为一体的内折边,所述左臂板和右臂板的外侧均设有内凹弧面,所述内凹弧面中对称设有一对凸起,两个凸起中间偏下方设有第一安装孔。本发明中将第一安装孔加工在两个凸起中间并偏下的位置,使得第一安装孔的位置不居中,并在第一安装孔处焊接有垫片,在相同材料和料厚的情况下,第一安装孔处应力有所改善,同时增加了螺栓的预紧力,避免了力矩损失,使得后副车架性能得到很大提升。
