The invention relates to construction equipment and method for hanging, integrally splicing and integrally lifting a building vertical formwork. The construction equipment is used for being installed on a steel platform of a building machine, and comprises an I-shaped steel hanging head, I-shaped steel, a pulley hanging point, a turn buckle, a hanging rod and a U-shaped clamping ring; and the I-shaped steel is arranged at any position of the steel platform through the I-shaped steel hanging head; the pulley lifting point is arranged on the I-shaped steel and connected with the hanging rod through the turn buckle, and the U-shaped clamping ring is arranged at the tail end of the hanging rod and used for being connected with a vertical formwork. According to the construction equipment and method, steel bar binding and pouring of a vertical wall are conducted firstly, the vertical wall formwork is lifted along with the steel platform after being removed, and then beam slab pouring is conducted. A formwork hanging system is flexible in arrangement, is suitable for various structures and floor heights, and can enable the vertical formwork to be removed and assembled and be lifted along with the steel platform. By using the construction equipment and method, the original processes of dispersedly disassembling, dispersedly splicing and transferring the vertical formworks are omitted, and the effects of reducing the labor intensity of workers and shortening the construction period are achieved.
本发明涉及一种建筑竖向模板悬挂整拼整提的施工设备及方法,其施工设备用于安装在造楼机的钢平台上,包括工字钢吊头、工字钢、滑轮吊点、花篮螺栓、吊杆和U形卡环,所述工字钢通过工字钢吊头布置于钢平台任意位置,所述滑轮吊点设置在工字钢上,所述滑轮吊点通过花篮螺栓与吊杆连接,所述U形卡环设置在吊杆的末端,所述U形卡环用于连接竖向模板。本发明先进行竖向墙体的钢筋绑扎与浇筑,竖向墙体模板退模后随钢平台提升,再进行梁板的浇筑。其中吊模板系统布置灵活,适用于各种结构与层高,可使竖向模板退合模并随钢平台提升。使用本发明施工设备及方法,省去了原有的竖向模板散拆散拼、倒运的过程,起到降低工人劳动强度,缩短工期的作用。
