The invention provides a lifting rail car based on an AMT gearbox. The lifting rail car comprises a car body. A crane is installed on the upper portion of the rear end of the car body, a driver's desk is arranged in the car body, a whole-car PLC control system is arranged in the driver's desk, multiple sets of wheel pairs are arranged on the lower portion of the car body, the ends of the wheel pairs are connected with the car body through axle boxes, locking oil cylinders are arranged between the axle boxes and the car body, and the locking oil cylinders implement in-place detection through the whole-car PLC control system and are used for changing primary shock absorption into rigidity when the rail car is in operation without supporting legs; the movable supporting legs are arranged on the two sides of the car body, and the movable supporting legs detect recovery in-place mechanical locking and arm falling limiting through the whole-car PLC control system; and a power transmission system comprises a diesel engine, the diesel engine is connected with the gearbox, the gearbox is an AMT manual-automatic integrated mechanical gearbox, and the gearbox and the whole-car PLC control system are combined to automatically recognize the working condition of car operation. By adoption of the AMT manual-automatic integrated gearbox and a PLC, the lifting rail car based on the AMT gearbox is more convenient to operate, higher in power, greatly lower in labor intensity of a driver, effective for misoperation prevention, and good in safety performance.

    提供一种基于AMT变速箱的起重轨道车,包括车体,车体后端上部安装有起重机,车体内部设有司机台,司机台内设有整车PLC控制系统,车体下部设有多组轮对,轮对端部通过轴箱与车体连接,轴箱与车体之间设有锁定油缸,锁定油缸通过整车PLC控制系统实现到位检测且用于轨道车不打支腿作业时将一系减震变成刚性;车体两侧设有活动支腿,活动支腿通过整车PLC控制系统检测回收到位机械锁定和落臂限位;动力传动系统包含柴油机,柴油机连接变速箱,变速箱为AMT手自一体机械变速箱,变速箱和整车PLC控制系统结合自动识别车辆运行工况。本发明采用AMT手自一体变速箱和PLC控制器,操作更便捷,动力更强,大大减小了驾驶人员的劳动强度,有效防止误操作,安全性能好。
