The invention relates to the field of fabricated buildings, in particular to hoisting equipment for fabricated building construction, and aims to solve the following technical problems: when an existing hoisting device is used for hoisting a prefabricated stair with differently-spaced anchor points, cables are in an inclined state, the stability is low, and meanwhile, the prefabricated stair can hardly be adjusted to be horizontal; and when sleeved with the prefabricated stair through the existing hoisting device, four reserved reinforcement bars on a building cannot be aligned simultaneously. The hoisting equipment for fabricated building construction comprises a supporting plate, a hoisting assembly, a hole aligning assembly, a grouting assembly, a control screen and the like, wherein the hole aligning assembly is fixedly connected with the grouting assembly. In the use process, the hoisting equipment automatically adapts to the differently-spaced anchor points, so that the prefabricated stair can be hoisted and adjusted to be in a horizontal state; the positioning operation on four reserved holes of the prefabricated stair can be achieved simultaneously; the phenomenon that part of the reversed reinforcement bars on the building are crushed by the prefabricated stair during assembly can be prevented; and furthermore, the reversed holes of the prefabricated stair can be automatically filled with slurry.

    本发明涉及一种装配式建筑领域,尤其涉及一种装配式建筑施工用吊装设备。要解决的技术问题:现有吊装装置吊装不同间距锚点的预制楼梯时,缆绳处于倾斜状态,稳定性低,同时难以将预制楼梯调整至水平;现有吊装装置将预制楼梯套入建筑上的四根预留钢筋上时,四根钢筋无法同时对齐。一种装配式建筑施工用吊装设备,包括有支撑板、吊装组件、对孔组件、灌浆组件和控制屏等;对孔组件固接灌浆组件。本发明使用时实现了自动适应不同间距的锚点将预制楼梯吊起,并对其调整至水平状态,还实现了自动同时对预制楼梯四个预留孔进行定位操作,杜绝了装配时预制楼梯压坏部分建筑预留钢筋的现象,还实现了自动对预制楼梯预留孔充填浆料。
