The invention provides a marine double-electric-propeller lifting mechanism which comprises a mounting plate, two rotating rods rotationally connected to the mounting plate, propellers mounted at the lower ends of the two rotating rods, a steering mechanism mounted on the upper side of the mounting plate and a propeller lifting mechanism mounted on the lower side of the mounting plate. The lifting mechanism comprises a cross rod connected between the two rotating rods and a first hydraulic oil cylinder connected to the cross rod and obliquely arranged, the side, away from the first hydraulic oil cylinder, of the mounting plate is hinged to the ship body, and the end of the first hydraulic oil cylinder is fixed to the ship body so that the mounting plate can be kept balanced; the first hydraulic oil cylinder extends to push the transverse rod to enable the mounting plate to rotate obliquely upwards, so that the propeller is exposed out of the water surface. The first hydraulic oil cylinder pushes the cross rod to enable the electric propeller to move obliquely upwards, and the mounting plate rotates in the ship body, so that the propeller is exposed out of the water surface and is prevented from being soaked in water for a long time, and the service life of the propeller is prolonged.
