The invention provides an intelligent over-limit ship inspection and early warning system applied to a water area of an inland river bridge area. The system comprises an information acquisition and input module used for acquiring identity information and dynamic information of ships passing through the water area of the inland river bridge area, an over-limit detection device which comprises an over-draft detection unit and an over-height detection unit and is used for carrying out over-draft detection and over-height detection on the ship, a central processing module which is used for carrying outover-limit judgment according to over-draft detection and over-height detection results of the over-limit detection device, determining an over-limit target ship according to collection information of the information acquisition and input module, and generating early warning information for the target ship, and an early warning information remote transmission module which is used for remotely transmitting the early warning information to the target ship by utilizing a VHF (very high frequency) transmission technology and transmitting the early warning information to a command center by utilizing a local area network. According to the invention, ship over-draft and over-height detection can be carried out at the same time, and VHF voice automatic alarm can be carried out on the over-limit ship after detection so that the navigation safety is obviously improved.

    本发明提供一种应用于内河桥区水域的超限船舶智能检查预警系统,包括:信息采集与录入模块用于对经过内河桥区水域的船舶进行身份信息和动态信息的采集;超限检测装置包括超吃水检测单元和超高检测单元,用于对船舶进行超吃水检测和超高检测;中心处理模块用于根据超限检测装置的超吃水检测和超高检测结果进行超限判断,根据信息采集与录入模块的采集信息确定超限的目标船舶,生成针对目标船舶的预警信息;预警信息远程传输模块用于利用VHF甚高频传输技术将预警信息远程传输给所述目标船舶,并利用局域网传输给指挥中心。本发明可同时进行船舶超吃水和超高检测,并能在检测后对超限的船舶进行VHF语音自动报警,显著提升通航安全性。
