The invention provides a longitudinal beam reinforcing plate and a production method thereof, relates to the technical field of automobiles, and is used for solving the technical problems that a longitudinal beam reinforcing plate formed by welding a plurality of stamped parts needs a large number of molds, the production cost is high, and the weight of an automobile body is large. The longitudinal beam reinforcing plate comprises a first plate part and a second plate part, the first plate part comprises a first convex hull and a wrinkle absorbing rib, and the second plate part comprises a second convex hull. The method for producing the longitudinal beam reinforcing plate comprises the following steps: providing a metal plate; drawing the first plate part of the metal plate to form the first convex hull; stamping the first plate part to form the wrinkle absorbing rib positioned at the end part of the inner side of the first convex hull; trimming and shaping the first plate part; drawing a second plate part of the metal plate to form the second convex hull; and shaping the first convex hull and the second convex hull. Therefore, the production cost is reduced, the weight of the longitudinal beam reinforcing plate is decreased, and the wrinkling phenomenon of the area between the first convex hull and the second convex hull is eliminated through the wrinkle absorbing rib.

    本发明提供一种纵梁加强板及其制备方法,涉及汽车技术领域,用于解决多个冲压制件焊接而成的纵梁加强板需要的模具数量多、生产成本高,并且车身重量大的技术问题。其中,纵梁加强板包括第一板部和第二板部;第一板部包括第一凸包以及吸皱筋,第二板部包括第二凸包;制备纵梁加强板的方法包括:提供一金属板;对金属板的第一板部进行拉延以形成第一凸包;对第一板部进行冲压以形成位于第一凸包内侧端部的吸皱筋;对第一板部进行修边整形;对金属板的第二板部进行拉延以形成第二凸包;对第一凸包和第二凸包进行整形。如此有利于降低生产成本,有利于减小纵梁加强板的重量,并且吸皱筋有利于消除第一凸包和第二凸包之间的区域的起皱现象。
