The invention discloses a magnetic-levitation train, a levitation controller and a levitation gap abnormity early warning method and system. The method comprises the following steps: for any levitation controller, judging whether the following conditions are met at the same time or not: the zero-speed signal value obtained by the suspension controller is 0, and a hard wire instruction signal is landing; if not, stopping judgment; if yes, further judging whether the suspension gap value delta meets ([delta]0-k)<=delta<=([delta]0+k), and if yes, judging that the suspension gap is normal; and otherwise, judging that the suspension gap is abnormal, wherein [delta]0 and k are set threshold values. According to the invention, on-line detection and early warning of the abnormal condition of the vehicle are realized, the detection result can be uploaded to a driver display through a vehicle network, the problems that real-time detection cannot be carried out during on-line operation of the vehicle and the maintenance workload is large are solved, the driving safety of the vehicle is ensured, and the workload of maintenance personnel is greatly reduced.

    本发明公开了一种磁浮列车、悬浮控制器及悬浮间隙异常预警方法、系统,对于任一悬浮控制器,判断以下条件是否同时满足:悬浮控制器获取的零速信号值为0,硬线指令信号为降落;若否,不进行判断;若是,则进一步判断悬浮间隙值δ是否满足(δ0‑k)≤δ≤(δ0+k),若是,则判断悬浮间隙正常;否则,判断悬浮间隙异常;其中,δ0、k为设定的阈值。本发明实现了车辆异常状况的在线检测与预警,并可以将检测结果通过车辆网络上传至司机显示器,解决了车辆在线运行时不能实时检测以及检修工作量大的问题,保证了车辆的行车安全,极大的减少了检修人员的工作量。
