The invention further provides an oil-gas balance suspension system comprising the energy accumulator suspension oil cylinder and a vehicle. The oil-gas balance suspension system comprises two energy accumulator suspension oil cylinders and an oil pipe, and first oil cavities in the two energy accumulator suspension oil cylinders are communicated through the oil pipe. According to the oil-gas balance suspension system and the vehicle adopting the energy accumulator suspension oil cylinder, overload of a single axle can be effectively avoided, the smoothness and comfort of the vehicle in the no-load state and the full-load state can be met at the same time, the design requirement for light weight and compactness is met, and a larger installation space is provided for other components; and the whole machine assembly quality is reduced, and the vehicle loading capacity is improved.
