The invention provides light-transmitting artificial leather, a preparation method thereof and an automotive trim. The preparation method comprises the steps of mixing, stirring, grinding, filtering and defoaming primary raw materials containing toner with the particle size of 0.5-10nm, polymer powder and a plasticizer to obtain a light-transmitting pigment raw material; mixing the light-transmitting pigment raw material with a secondary raw material containing polymer powder, a plasticizer, a stabilizer and an inorganic additive, stirring, filtering and defoaming to obtain a light-transmitting surface layer raw material; preparing by using base cloth, a glue raw material, a supporting layer raw material and the light-transmitting surface layer raw material to obtain an artificial leather semi-finished product formed by sequentially arranging the light-transmitting surface layer, the supporting layer, the glue layer and the base cloth; and coating the surface of the light-transmitting surface layer with a surface treating agent to obtain the light-transmitting artificial leather. According to the artificial leather, the toner in the raw materials of the light-transmitting surface layer adopts toner with a nanoscale particle size, so that the obstruction of the toner to light is reduced, and the prepared artificial leather has certain light transmission.

    本发明提供了一种透光性人造革及其制备方法、汽车内饰。制备方法包括步骤:将含有粒径为0.5~10nm的色粉以及聚合物粉、增塑剂的初级原料进行混合、搅拌、研磨、过滤、脱泡,得到透光颜料原料;将透光颜料原料与含有聚合物粉、增塑剂、稳定剂、无机添加剂的次级原料进行混合、搅拌、过滤、脱泡,得到透光表皮层原料;利用基布、胶水原料、支撑层原料和所述透光表皮层原料进行制备,得到由透光表皮层、支撑层、胶水层和基布依次排布形成的人造革半成品;在透光表皮层的表面涂覆表面处理剂,得到透光性人造革。本申请中,透光表皮层原料中的色粉采用纳米级粒径的色粉,降低色粉对光线的阻碍,保证制备出的人造革具备一定的透光性。
