The invention relates to a turning device for a precast slab of a concrete box culvert. The turning device comprises a supporting bottom frame, a turning oil cylinder, a hydraulic station and a holding frame, wherein the left end of the holding frame is hinged to the left end of the supporting bottom frame through a first horizontal hinged shaft of a bottom frame part, one end of the turning oil cylinder is hinged to the supporting bottom frame through a second horizontal hinged shaft of the bottom frame part, the other end of the turning oil cylinder is hinged to the right end of the holding frame through a first horizontal hinged shaft of a bracket part, the first horizontal hinged shaft of the bottom frame part, the second horizontal hinged shaft of the bottom frame part and the first horizontal hinged shaft of the bracket part are parallel, a blocking frame is arranged at the left end of the holding frame, and the second horizontal hinged shaft of the bottom frame part is positioned below a plane defined by the first horizontal hinged shaft of the bottom frame part and the first horizontal hinged shaft of the bracket part. The device has the advantage that the horizontally-arranged precast slab of the concrete box culvert can turn by a set angle, the precast slab cannot be damaged during turning, and the problem that the precast slab of concrete box culvert is easily damaged when the precast slab of concrete box culvert is hoisted from a horizontal state to a vertical state through a crane is solved.
