The invention relates to the related technical field of crane counterweights, and discloses an adjustable balancing weight mechanism for a crane. The adjustable balancing weight mechanism comprises a vertical hanging plate and a transverse loading plate, wherein the transverse loading plate is transversely mounted on the front surface of the vertical hanging plate through rib plates, and vertical movable holes are symmetrically formed in the transverse loading plate; and adjusting rods connected with a hydraulic machine are movably inserted into the two vertical movable holes in a penetrating manner, a plurality of balancing weights are arranged between the portions, located below the transverse loading plate, of the two adjusting rods, mounting holes are symmetrically formed in the counterweights, and guide limiting rings are welded into the mounting holes. According to the adjustable balancing weight mechanism for the crane, an embedded supporting chassis is meshed with adjusting threads through supporting internal thread rings to limit the vertical downward movement of the counterweights, so that the purpose of accurately adjusting and limiting the balancing weights is achieved, the adjustable balancing weight mechanism is different from a traditional mode that the balancing weights are clamped and limited mutually, and the balancing effect of the balancing weights on hoisting equipment is greatly improved.

    本发明涉及起重机平衡重相关技术领域,且公开了一种用于起重机的可调节平衡重机构,包括垂直挂板和横向载重板,所述横向载板通过肋板横向安装在垂直挂板的正面,横向载板上对称开设有垂直活动孔,两个垂直活动孔均活动穿插有与液压机相连接的调节杆,两个调节杆在位于横向载板下方部分之间设置有多个平衡重,平衡重上对称开设有安装孔,安装孔内均焊接有导向限位环。该用于起重机的可调节平衡重机构,嵌入托底盘通过托底内螺纹环与调节螺纹啮合达到对平衡重进行垂直向下活动的限位,从而达到对平衡重进行精准调节限位的目的,区别于传统的平衡重之间相互卡和限位的方式,大大的提高了平衡重对起重设备的平衡作用。
