The invention discloses a lifting mechanism utilizing a suspension structure, which comprises a feeding device, a lifting device and a discharging device; the lifting device comprises a lifter outer frame, a lifter inner frame and a suspension layer, the lifter inner frame slides up and down along the lifter outer frame, fixing supporting frames are arranged on the two opposite side faces of the lifter outer frame, the suspension layer is arranged on the fixing supporting frames, and the fixing supporting frames are used for erecting the suspension layer in the lifter inner frame; and a shelving layer is arranged at the bottom of the lifter inner frame, a lifting layer is arranged on the shelving layer, the lifting layer penetrates through the suspension layer, and when the lifter inner frame moves upwards, the shelving layer drives the suspension layer to move upwards. According to the lifting mechanism disclosed by the invention, compared with an existing same-layer steering lifting mechanism, the lifting mechanism is simple in structure, low in cost and convenient and fast to maintain, 90-degree steering of a material box in a lifter can be achieved, and economic benefits are improved.

    本发明公布了一种利用悬浮结构的提升机构,包括进料装置、提升装置和出料装置,所述提升装置包括提升机外框、提升机内框和悬浮层,所述提升机内框沿着所述提升机外框上下滑动,所述提升机外框相对的两个侧面上设有固定支撑架,所述悬浮层设于所述固定支撑架上,所述固定支撑架用于将所述悬浮层搭设在所述提升机内框的内部,所述提升机内框的底部设有搁置层,所述搁置层上设有提升层,所述提升层穿过所述悬浮层,当所述提升机内框向上运动时所述搁置层带动所述悬浮层向上运动。本发明公布的提升机构,相比现有的同层转向提升机构结构简单,成本较低,维修也较为便捷,能够实现料箱在提升机内部的90度转向提高了经济效益。
