The invention provides an active-passive combined control system of a floating type offshore wind power structure and an implementation method. The system comprises a floating type foundation and a wind power generator arranged above the floating type foundation, an active control system which is at least composed of a wind speed measuring device, a wind power generator yaw device, a wind power generator variable pitch controller and a wind power generator variable pitch control terminal is arranged on the wind power generator, and a tuned mass damper providing passive control for vibration is arranged on the wind power generator; the wind power generator is provided with an inertial measurement unit sensor which is used for measuring three-axis acceleration and angular velocity at a cabin and a floating foundation motion control terminal which is used for receiving a velocity signal, and a plurality of telescopic full-revolving propellers controlled by the floating foundation motion control terminal are arranged on the floating foundation. According to the control system provided by the invention, real-time synchronous control of each substructure can be realized, average rotation and average horizontal displacement in structure movement can be counteracted through feedforward control, and the wind power generator can be effectively kept in a designed position to perform periodic movement.

    本发明提出一种浮式海上风电结构的主‑被动联合控制系统及实现方法,包括浮式基础和设置于浮式基础上方的风机,所述风机上设置有至少由风速测量装置、风机偏航装置、风机变桨距控制器以及风机变桨距控制终端组成的主动控制系统,所述风机上设置有对振动提供被动控制的调谐质量阻尼器;所述风机上设置有用于测量机舱处三轴加速度与角速度的惯性测量单元传感器以及接收该速度信号的浮式基础运动控制终端,所述浮式基础上设置有多个受浮式基础运动控制终端所控制的可伸缩全回转推进器。本发明提出的控制系统可以实现各子结构的实时同步控制,可以通过前馈控制抵消结构运动中的平均转动与平均水平位移,可以有效地将风机保持在设计位置进行周期运动。
