The invention discloses a dynamic monitoring device for natural resources and a monitoring method thereof. The dynamic monitoring device comprises two symmetrical monitoring mechanisms, nine crawling mechanisms and an unmanned aerial vehicle. Through transverse and longitudinal arrangement and multi-group link interaction of the unmanned aerial vehicle and a plurality of devices, a worker performs remote control outside an area, and the unmanned aerial vehicle controls the monitoring mechanisms and the crawling mechanism devices to move according to a specified cruise route and feeds back temperature, humidity and video data information of each position in the specified area, and different water resources, wetland resources, humic biogas resources, mineral resources, biological resources, plants and other natural resources in real time. In addition, the devices are uniformly arranged according to transverse coordinates and longitudinal coordinates of the area and are controlled to operate, so that grid resource information feedback can be carried out on the area, each grid represents four sets of monitoring mechanisms to carry out cruise detection according to the front, back, left and right directions, and the dynamic detection requirements of various natural resources are fully met.
