The invention relates to a power-assisted steering structure for a recirculating ball steering gear, and belongs to the field of commercial vehicle electric recirculating ball steering gears. A gear shaft shell is fixedly installed on an output end shell of the electric recirculating ball steering gear body, a large gear shaft is installed in the gear shaft shell through a bearing A and a bearing B which are symmetrically arranged, and one end of the large gear shaft is connected with a steering screw of the electric recirculating ball steering gear body. The two-stage deceleration electric recirculating ball steering gear is simple in structure, good in practicability and capable of effectively reducing power loss and pollution; the two-stage transmission mechanism can be independently an integral unit and is convenient to mount, dismount and inspect; by adopting the two-stage transmission mechanism, the transmission ratio of the belt wheel and the bevel gear can be reasonably distributed, and the space and the output torque of different vehicle types can be matched. The problems that an existing worm and gear structure is limited in bearing capacity, low in transmission efficiency and the like, and the output capacity of a whole steering system is not high are solved, and the worm and gear structure is suitable for being installed and used on light, medium and heavy vehicle models.

    本发明专利涉及一种用于循环球转向器的助力转向结构,属商用车电动循环球转向器领域。电动循环球转向器本体的输出端壳体上固装有齿轮轴壳体,齿轮轴壳体内通过对称设置的轴承A和轴承B装有大齿轮轴,大齿轮轴的一端与电动循环球转向器本体的转向螺杆连接。该二级减速电动循环球转向器结构简单,实用性好,可有效降低功率损耗和减少污染;二级传动机构可以单独为一个整体单元,便于安装、拆检;通过采用二级传动机构,可合理分配带轮和斜齿轮的传动比,匹配不同车型的空间和输出力矩。解决了现有蜗轮蜗杆结构承载能力有限、传动效率低等因素决定了其整个转向系统输出能力不高的问题,适用于轻中重车型上安装使用。
