The invention provides a circuit for detecting abnormity of a control guide point in a direct current charging pile and a method thereof, so that the direct current charging pile can detect errors in real time and execute protection when the CP point is short-circuited, open-circuited and the like. The circuit for detecting the abnormality of the CP point comprises a detection circuit which is coupled with a CP signal generation circuit of the charging pile so as to provide detection of an abnormal state when the electric vehicle is electrically connected with the direct current charging pile and output a detected CP signal to a control circuit, and the circuit comprises a direct current voltage converter, a DC input voltage is converted into two DC output reference voltage levels; a rectifier circuit for filtering the negative potential of the CP signal generated by the CP signal generation circuit; and a CP signal isolation circuit connected with the rectifier circuit to provide an isolated CP signal to the control circuit.

    本发明提出一种直流充电桩中侦测控制导引点异常的电路及其方法,使得直流充电桩当CP点发生短路、开路等问题时可以实时侦测错误并且执行保护。其中用于侦测CP点异常的电路包含一侦测电路,与充电桩的CP信号生成电路耦接以提供当电动车辆与直流充电桩电性连接时异常状态的侦测,并将侦测到的CP信号输出至控制电路,其包括:一直流电压转换器,将一直流输入电压转换为两个直流输出参考电压准位;一整流器电路,用以滤除由CP信号生成电路所生成的CP信号的负电位;一CP信号隔离电路,与整流器电路连接以提供隔离CP信号至控制电路。
