The invention discloses a maglev trainand a whole-vehicle centralized suspension control system applied to the maglev train. The maglev train comprises an integrated controller, a plurality of suspension modules, a plurality of power driving modules and a plurality of suspension sensors, wherein the integrated controller and all the power driving modules form a communication looped network, two-way data transmission is achieved between the adjacent power driving modules, each power driving module is at least connected with two suspension sensors, the suspension sensors interact with the power driving modules, each suspension module is at least provided with two suspension sensors, and the centralized controller adopts a multi-core controller. In order to achieve the optimal suspension performance of the whole train, the state information of the whole maglev train and the state information of the centralized suspension control system of the whole train are collected through the suspension sensors, the centralized controller is guided to carry out calculation, the calculated suspension control quantity information is sent to all the power driving modules, the centralized suspension control system is controlled in real time, and a powerful guarantee is provided for stable suspension and health management of the maglev train.

    本发明公开了一种磁浮列车及用于其的整车集中式悬浮控制系统,包括集中控制器、若干悬浮模块、若干功率驱动模块和若干悬浮传感器,所述集中控制器与所有功率驱动模块组成通讯环网,相邻的功率驱动模块间数据双向传递,每个功率驱动模块至少与两个悬浮传感器连接,悬浮传感器与功率驱动模块进行交互,每个悬浮模块上至少安装有两个悬浮传感器,集中控制器采用多核控制器。本发明以实现整车悬浮性能最优为目标,通过悬浮传感器采集磁浮列车整车和整车集中式悬浮控制系统的状态信息,指导集中控制器进行计算,并将计算后的悬浮控制量信息发送给各功率驱动模块,实时控制集中式悬浮控制系统,为磁浮列车的稳定悬浮和健康管理提供有力保障。
