The invention relates to an eddy current retarder control device and method for an automobile. According to the invention, an information processing module is used as a main control unit, and an accelerator signal line, a vehicle speed signal line, a displacement sensor and a temperature sensor are used for detecting and monitoring the running state of a vehicle and the state of a retarder main body in real time, so that the running state of the retarder can be intelligently controlled, the retarder can be adjusted in real time according to the running state of the vehicle, and the retarder works in an optimal operation mode and is in linkage operation, so that the situation that the retarder is still in operation in a refueling state is effectively avoided, and the situations of power consumption and coil overheating caused by the fact that the retarder is not turned off when the retarder is not used are avoided. Meanwhile, the temperature, the operation state and the fault state of the retarder can be known in real time through a display, regular coil rotation work of the retarder is achieved, heating and demagnetization caused by long-time use of the coil are avoided, and the service life of the coil is prolonged.

    本发明涉及一种汽车用电涡流缓速器控制装置及控制方法。本发明以信息处理模块为主控单元,利用油门信号线、车速信号线、位移传感器、温度传感器实时对车辆运行状态和缓速器主体状态进行检测监控,从而可以智能控制缓速器的运行状态,使缓速器能够根据车辆运行状态实时调整,以最优的运行方式工作,联动运行,有效避免加油状态缓速器也在运行的情况发生,避免不使用缓速器时未关闭缓速器而造成耗电及使线圈过热的情况,同时可以通过显示器实时了解缓速器温度、运行状态、故障状态,实现缓速器定时轮换线圈工作,避免因线圈过长时间使用而发热退磁,延长线圈的使用寿命。
