The invention discloses an intelligent dismounting and mounting method for a high-voltage bushing in a direct-current valve hall. The intelligent dismounting and mounting method comprises the following steps: moving special dismounting and mounting equipment to a position which is obliquely lower than a high-voltage bushing to be disassembled and is convenient to operate; putting down vehicle-mounted hydraulic supporting legs of the special dismounting and mounting equipment, and leveling the equipment; lifting a mechanical arm of the special dismounting and mounting equipment, and adjusting and rotating a control disc to enable a head guide mechanism of the mechanical arm to be basically parallel to the high-voltage bushing; finely adjusting the equipment and unfolding a fixing mechanism to enable the fixing mechanism to cling to the high-voltage bushing, and fixing the high-voltage bushing by using a lifting hook; dismounting a fixing screw at the flange plate of the high-voltage bushing; controlling a guide mechanism of the special dismounting and mounting equipment, so that enabling the high-pressure bushing to be pulled out in the axis direction of the pipeline till complete separation; controlling a mechanical arm of the special dismounting and mounting equipment to place the disassembled high-pressure bushing on a transfer trolley to be carried away; and carrying out reverse operation of the steps on the overhauled or new high-pressure bushing to finish the reassembling process. The problem that in the prior art, a traditional sleeve dismounting and mounting mode consumes time and labor is solved.

    本发明揭示一种直流阀厅内部高压套管智能拆装方法,包括以下步骤:将拆装专用设备移动需要拆卸的高压套管斜下方方便操作的位置;放下拆装专用设备的车载液压支腿,调平设备;升起拆装专用设备的机械臂,调节旋转控制盘,使机械臂头部导向机构与高压套管基本平行;微调设备并展开固定机构使固定机构紧贴高压套管,并利用吊钩固定高压套管;拆掉高压套管法兰盘处的固定螺钉;控制拆装专用设备的导向机构使得高压套管沿管道轴线方向拔出至完全脱离;控制拆装专用设备的机械臂将拆卸下来的高压套管放到转运小车上运走;将经过检修的或者新的高压套管反向上述操作完成回装过程。解决现有技术中传统套管拆装方式耗时耗力的问题。
