The invention provides a design method of an active suspension controller, which relates to the technical field of vehicle suspension control. The method comprises the following steps of S1, building an active suspension dynamics model based on a half vehicle, S2, determining a main control target, S3, establishing an active suspension system closed-loop control model containing wheelbase preview information, actuator time lag and fault tolerance, S4, determining conditions which need to be met by asymptotic stability and interference suppression performance of the closed-loop system in a limited frequency domain range, S5, establishing a stable matrix inequality of the system, and S6, solving state output feedback control gain, and therefore acquiring the vehicle active suspension controller. In order to improve the overall performance of multi-target control of a suspension system in a finite frequency domain, a static output feedback controller containing finite frequency domain constraints is established, the influences of wheelbase preview, actuator time lag and fault tolerance are considered, a system controller is solved, the vehicle state is effectively controlled, and the riding comfort and the vehicle smoothness are improved.

    本发明提供一种主动悬架控制器的设计方法,涉及车辆悬架控制技术领域,包括以下步骤:S1:建立基于半车的主动悬架动力学模型;S2:确定主要的控制目标;S3:建立含有轴距预瞄信息、执行器时滞和故障容错的主动悬架系统闭环控制模型;S4:确定在有限频域范围内的闭环系统渐进稳定、干扰抑制性能所需满足的条件;S5:建立系统稳定的矩阵不等式;S6:求取状态输出反馈控制增益,从而得到车辆主动悬架控制器。本发明以提高有限频域内的悬架系统多目标控制的整体性能为目的,建立含有有限频域约束的静态输出反馈控制器,并考虑了轴距预览、执行器时滞和故障容错的影响,求解系统控制器,对车辆状态进行有效的控制,提高了乘坐舒适性和车辆平顺性。
