The invention provides a floating body made of a PDCPD composite material, and a manufacturing method thereof. The floating body comprises an outer shell, a bottom cover, a material injection port, polyurethane foam and a connecting piece; one end of the outer shell is of an arc-shaped structure, the other end of the outer shell is connected with the bottom cover through the connecting piece, and a material injection opening is formed in the center of the bottom cover; and a cavity formed by the outer shell and the bottom cover is filled with polyurethane foam. The floating body is made of the composite material, so that the impact resistance is better, the stability is good, and damage water leakage is avoided; the PDCPD material has excellent corrosion resistance, and meanwhile, the PDCPD material belongs to a thermosetting high-molecular material, so compared with a traditional hot-melt material, the composite material has better low-temperature mechanical property, and the floating body still has good strength and is not prone to embrittling in a low-temperature hydrological environment with mixed ice and wate; the PDCPD material and the polyurethane material are suitable for a reaction injection molding process; and the product is simple in manufacturing process, high in production speed, low in production energy consumption and small in pollution.
本发明提供一种PDCPD复合材料的漂浮体及其制作方法,该漂浮体包括外壳体、底盖、注料口、聚氨酯泡沫及连接件;外壳体一端为圆弧形结构,所述外壳体的另一端通过所述连接件与所述底盖连接,所述底盖的中心处设有注料口;外壳体和所述底盖形成的腔体之中填充有聚氨酯泡沫。该漂浮体采用复合材料,抗冲击性更好;且具有很好的稳定性,不担心破损漏水,采用PDCPD材料本身具有优异的耐腐性能,同时PDCPD材料属于热固型高分子材料,相比较于传统热熔型材料,具有更好的低温力学性能。在冰水混合的低温水文环境下仍具有较好的强度,不易发脆;PDCPD材料和聚氨酯材料都适合于反应注射成型工艺;制品制作工序简单、生产速度快、生产能耗低、污染小。
