The invention discloses a stabilizer bar assembly of an automobile rear suspension. Thestabilizer bar assembly comprises a connecting rod (1), the two ends of the connecting rod (1) are each provided with a ball pin (2), the end of each ball pin (2) is a ball and is movably embedded into a ball hole (1.1) of the connecting rod (1), and a sealing cover (3) is arranged at the outer ends of the ball pins (2) and the holes of the connecting rod (1). A through oil flowing channel is arranged among the inner wall of the sealing cover (3), the outer wall of the ball head of the ball pin (2) and the inner wall of the ball head hole (1.1). According to the stabilizer bar assembly, an inner ball seat is omitted through the internal structural design, the oil lubrication effect is improved, the product requirement can be met after a wear resistance test, and the inclined face is additionally arranged at the top end of the ball of the ball pin, so that a gap is formed between the inclined face and the inner wall of the sealing cover when the ball pin swings at any angle, and the inclined face and the sealing cover are prevented from abutting against each other.

    本发明公开了一种汽车后悬架的稳定杆总成,包括连杆(1),所述连杆(1)的两端均设有一根球头销(2),所述球头销(2)的端部为球头并且活动嵌入在连杆(1)的球头孔(1.1)内,所述球头销(2)与连杆(1)的孔的外端上设有密封罩(3),所述密封罩(3)的内壁、球头销(2)的球头外壁与球头孔(1.1)的内壁之间设有贯通的油液流动通道;该稳定杆总成通过内部结构设计取消内球座,且增加油液润滑效果、经耐磨损测试后同样能满足产品要求,在球头销的球头的顶端增加斜面,从而在球头销任意角度摆动状态该斜面与密封罩的内壁之间均设有间距、避免两者相抵。
