The invention provides an expressway traffic flow counting method based on cloud edge collaboration, and relates to the technical field of edge computing. In the method, an edge computing device is responsible for collecting highway traffic flow audio samples, a cloud server carries out preprocessing and feature extraction on traffic flow audio, a traffic flow counting support vector machine model is trained, in order to avoid resource waste and too long task waiting time, computing resources are adjusted in a self-adaptive mode, finally, the expressway traffic flow counting model is updated to the edge computing device, the edge computing device cannot independently train the expressway traffic flow counting model based on the audio because the storage space and the computing power of the edge computing device are limited, the storage and computing power of the edge computing device is fully considered. The problem that the calculation pressure of the cloud server on the image processing calculation amount and the network transmission bandwidth pressure are large is relieved in a cloud edge collaboration mode, and the highway traffic flow counting problem under the limited edge calculation capacity is effectively solved.

    本发明提供一种基于云边协同的高速公路交通流量计数方法,涉及边缘计算技术领域。本方法中边缘计算设备负责采集高速公路交通流量音频样本,云服务器对交通流量音频进行预处理和特征提取,训练交通流量计数支持向量机模型,为避免资源浪费和任务等待时间过长,自适应调整计算资源,最后将高速公路交通流量计数模型更新到边缘计算设备上,由于边缘计算设备的存储空间和计算能力有限,边缘计算设备不能独立训练基于音频的高速公路交通流量计数模型,充分考虑了边缘计算设备的存储和计算能力,采用云边协同的方式缓解云服务器对于图像处理计算量的计算压力和网络传输带宽压力大的问题,有效解决了有限边缘计算能力下高速公路交通流量计数问题。
